Personally, we've always felt that the key to our current 30-year streak as the world's dominant women's agency is the level of attention, professional service and career guidance we provide to our clients.

Most agencies in our business consist of one or two people whose focus is women's basketball. We are unique in having professionals in two offices world-wide, with diverse skills and backgrounds totally dedicated to female players. Most, if not all of us, are the most experienced and skilled in our individual area of specialization. This enables us to offer our players personalized service vastly superior to that available anywhere else.
(See Our Team)

Of course we're proud that each year our Company surpasses all others in terms of virtually every important measure of performance. But frankly, there's one measure that means more to us than all the others --- client longevity. The length of time an agency works with its clients is the only true evaluation of how well an agency serves its clientele. If you consistently meet or exceed your players' expectations, they will be loyal to you. They'll stay with you throughout their entire careers --- and that, to us, is like winning a Championship.

World-class athletes set very high standards for their agents. Client turnover is a big problem for most agencies in all sports. This is especially true in women's basketball. The instant success of the WNBA has spawned a huge pool of new agents. Lacking experience, and in many cases the necessary technical skills, they have to resort to very aggressive, and often unethical tactics in order to sign players. Players, ours included, are constantly solicited by "instant bonding" charmers who offer false promises, flattery and scandalous attacks against their current agent. Even the best agents can be vulnerable to the constant solicitations of their players by skilled predators.

Nothing throughout the years has been more gratifying than to witness the amazing loyalty displayed by our clients under these circumstances. The vast majority of our players have resisted all forms of enticements by other agents. And of the few veteran clients who fell victim to deceptive recruitment, almost all have returned to us.

We feel blessed to have such fiercely loyal, trusting clients. For any agent, there can be no greater gift than to have, as we do, over a dozen clients who have been part of our family for 10, 12, 15, even 19 years. We hope that we will forever continue to justify the extraordinary loyalty we've enjoyed from our players since 1979.
