Working for over a quarter of a century to help female basketball players fulfill their life's dream has given me a lot to be thankful for. More than anything else, I cherish the enduring friendships I've formed with some of the world's finest athletes. In a business which is notorious for constant client turnover, I've been blessed with so many players who give their loyalty, trust and respect to me and my colleagues throughout their entire careers.

To these women, I speak from the heart when I say that I will always cherish your friendships and I am extremely proud of your accomplishments. It has been a pleasure watching all of you mature from wide-eyed rookies into seasoned veterans who have met a diversity of challenges, surmounted obstacles and overcome hardships to reach the pinnacle of your profession. In so doing, you have mastered foreign languages, adapted to varied cultures, given back to your communities, and fully epitomized the term 'renaissance women'. You are the true pioneers of this sport.
